Founder Core Padel Workouts
David Lybeer
I'm a 47-year-old lifelong sports enthusiast with a journey that started on the football field. After playing football at a high level from a young age, I went on to study sports and science. My career has taken me around the world, working as a ski instructor and sports entertainer, before becoming a personal and bootcamp trainer.
Now, with a newfound passion for padel and certified MBA physical coach, I've created this platform to help fellow enthusiasts stay injury-free, get stronger, and excel in the sport we love.

Physiotherapist & founder RootworQ
Sanne Goedhart
From an early age I have been fascinated by how the body performs and how smart training can make a real difference. This naturally led me to study physiotherapy, followed by an MSc in orofacial therapy. Helping people move without restriction energizes me.
With a strong passion for healthy lifestyle, full-body workouts and nutritious food, I believe performance starts with taking good care of your body.
Through Core Padel Workouts I combine my medical background with targeted padel training to help players move better, get stronger and stay injury free while enjoying the game they love.

Foodie & founder 'Ola granola'
Tine Brabants
I’m Tine, married to David and a padel addict since a few years. Eight years ago, I moved from Belgium to Portugal to start a bed & breakfast. Although that dream came to an end due to COVID, it opened the door to a new path.
Food has always been one of my biggest passions. What started as homemade granola for family and friends has grown into a small but evolving business. Check 'Ola Granola Algarve' on instagram.
I love preparing fresh, healthy breakfasts for guests staying in holiday homes across the Algarve and delivering them with care.
Inside the community, I’ll regularly share healthy, powerful snacks and meals to help fuel your day and support your training.

Physiotherapist
Jobbe van der Kaaij
Sports has always been a central part of my life. Playing field hockey at the highest levels taught me the demands of top performance, while a serious wrist injury and long recovery showed me the value of smart training, resilience, and healthy living.
This injury opened the way to study physiotherapy and manual therapy, diving even deeper into the anatomy and physiology of the body. Exploring how the body performs at its best and helping people reach top-level performance. Along the way, I discovered a real passion for strength training and how it can transform both performance and resilience.
Now, through Core Padel Workouts, I use this experience to help players build strength, move efficiently and stay injury free, so they can enjoy the game to the fullest.
